As an admin you can invite new learners to your Blinkist account from the Learners & Plan tab directly, on the website.
Simply click "Invite new members" and choose one of the following three methods:
1. Invite by Email
To invite learners by email type or paste the learners' email addresses directly into the field.
Make sure to separate multiple emails with commas or spaces: e.g. [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]
Click "Invite" to send.
Each learner will receive an email with a registration link to join your Blinkist account.
2. Invite via CSV Upload
You can also use a CSV file to invite multiple learners at once.
Here's how:
Prepare a CSV file with a single header: "email".
Note: CSV uploads can only include email addresses — user roles cannot be assigned through this method.
Example:Save it as CSV (Comma delimited) — *.csv
In the "Invite new learners" section, click "Bulk upload" via CSV file, then select your file.
After uploading, you’ll see a confirmation message.
All new users listed in the CSV will automatically receive an invitation email.
Note: Users who already joined your account will not receive another invitation.
3. Invite via Shareable Link
Click Copy link to generate and share an invite link with learners.
Learners must register by clicking the link and using an email address that matches your account’s allowed domains.
To update allowed domains, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Once invitations are sent, you can view all learners in the Manage Learners section.
