If you purchased your subscription via our website:
You can change your billing information in your account settings on our website, as shown below:
- Any change you make on your payment information on an active subscription will only be effective on upcoming and future charges.
- While you can always change the card you are using on your subscription, or switch from a PayPal account to a different one, it’s currently not possible to change your payment method from credit card to Paypal and vice versa on our website.
If you made a purchase via the app:
You can update your billing information via your Apple or Google Play settings. You can find instructions for the respective platforms through the following links:
