After purchasing a subscription to Blinkist, you've most likely received a receipt to your registered email address. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.
We can also provide you with an invoice for your web purchase.
If you purchased via the website:
You can download your invoice under Your invoices in the Accounts Settings on our website.
If you purchased your subscription via the website from one of the following countries:
- an EU member state
- the United Kingdom
- New Zealand
- South Africa
For these countries unfortunately you'll need to request the invoice to our team directly. In this case, please contact our Support Team via email@example.com and send us your company name and full address as well as your VAT number (if applicable). Then we can sort it out for you. Thank you for your understanding.
If you purchased on the Google Play or Apple app store:
Unfortunately, we're not able generate invoices for in-app purchases - these can only be provided by Google Play or Apple. You can find instructions on how to get your in-app purchase receipts by navigating to the Google Play and Apple support pages.
