If you purchased a subscription and decide Blinkist isn’t for you, please write to us via firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 14 days and our Support Team will be happy to cancel your subscription and refund the purchase.
Please note: the 14-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, not renewals.
Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store:
If you purchased a subscription in the Apple App Store, you will need to contact Apple Support directly to request a refund.
The 14-day money-back guarantee also applies to our gift subscriptions, as long as they haven't been redeemed yet. We can't guarantee any refunds for gift cards that have already been redeemed by the giftee.
Audiobooks:Unfortunately it is not possible to provide a refund for audiobook purchases. However, if there is an issue with your book please contact us via email@example.com and we’ll be happy to assist further.
