If you've opted into a 7-day free trial:
You can cancel it up to 24 hours before the end of the trial period and no charge will go through. You'll still be able to use all Premium features until the end of the free trial.
If you've purchased a subscription:
Our subscriptions are auto-renewable. To deactivate the automatic renewal you can cancel your subscription up to 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Please note that the subscription doesn't end immediately upon cancellation. The cancellation will be effective at the end of your current subscription cycle.

If you have been charged for a yearly or monthly subscription, you can request a refund up to 14 days after the beginning of the subscription, as per our 14-day money-back guarantee. Please note this guarantee only applies to first-time purchases, not to auto-renewals.
For our German users (i.e. if you are resident in Germany) who purchased a subscription after March 1st 2022, the following also applies:
In case of a yearly subscription, for your first subscription's year the same rules described above apply.
After the first year - that is for subscriptions which will auto-renew after March 1st 2023 - it'll be possible to cancel the annual subscription at any time, with one month's notice.

we will offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining months of your cancelled subscription. You'll just need to contact our support team via email@example.com to request a cancellation and refund.
- If you signed up via the Google Play store or the Apple app store:
