No Audio - I bought, can’t listen.

Do you have a Premium subscription? You must have a Premium subscription to listen to our library of Blinkist audio versions.

You can check your subscription level in your settings on our website, or in the app. If you are a Basic user, you can only listen to one pre-selected audio title per day, either in the app as the Blink of the Day or on our website here.

If you're subscribed to Premium and logged in to the mobile app and it's still not working, please try to reinstall the app. If this doesn't help, please get in touch with us via [email protected] & we'll be happy to help.
