If you are seeing a double charge for a Blinkist subscription, this can be explained through one of the following scenarios:
You may have purchased both via your app store provider (iTunes or GooglePlay) and on our website: This can happen in the rare case when your in-app purchase isn't immediately recognized in the app, for example.
How do I know if this is the case?
You will see a different merchant on your bank statement or receipt for each charge: Apple/Blinkist or GooglePlay/Blinkist for an in-app purchase, and Blinks Labs for website purchases.
You may have purchased a second subscription using a different account email address: Any email address can only be used to create one Blinkist account. It's possible that you have started a second subscription while being logged in with a different email address, thus purchasing an individual subscription for each account.
How do I know if this is the case?
You have received a subscription confirmation to two different e-mail addresses, and/or you have Premium access when logging into the app with either email address.
