How can I buy and give a gift subscription?
Go to blinkist.com/gift
Pick your plan and card design:
Go straight to your card creation by clicking on "Create your card", or scroll down to select your preferred subscription plan and specific gift occasion (Christmas, Birthday, etc) to get a matching card design first. No worries, these can still be changed once you get to the next pageAdd a personal message and choose how many gifts you want:
To add more than one recipient, click on "+More people" just above your message to add the names of the additional recipients.
You can either write a note for everyone, or add a personalized note for each one, by clicking on "Change it on a card".
At the bottom of the page you'll have an overview of the number of the participants you added and their personalized notes. If you wish to delete one, just click on the little trash icon on each card.

What does the gift card include?
Every gift subscription is a full year of one of our three plans. Here's an overview of what each plan includes:
Premium: 9,000+ book and podcast summaries, offline mode, and Kindle connection.
Pro: Everything in Premium, plus Blinkist AI, which summarizes videos, podcasts, PDFs, and articles.
Platinum: Everything in Pro, plus live Masterclasses and infographics.
When does the gift year start?
The gift subscription lasts 12 months from the day the recipient redeems their code (not from the day it was purchased). It does not renew automatically.
I received a gift card! How do I redeem it?
If you received a gift card, you can either scan the QR code on the card or go to blinkist.com/gift/redeem and enter the code from the card to redeem it.
Here you'll be asked to either log in or create a free Blinkist account to access your gift subscription.
No payment details are needed to redeem a gift.
I received a gift card but I already have a Blinkist subscription.
Our gift cards can only be redeemed on a free Basic account, but no worries: you can cancel your active subscription so it won't renew at the end of the current billing cycle. Once it's expired, you'll be able to redeem your gift card on your free account. Your 12 free months of Blinkist will start on the day you redeemed the card.
