If the app continues to load and load, crashes, or displays weird behavior, please follow these tips:

  • Make sure that your device software is up-to-date and that you've got the latest version of Blinkist installed.

  • Then, log out and in again of the app, making sure that you're on strong wi-fi connection.

  • If this doesn't help, try a delete and reinstall.

This should hopefully clear things up!

If this couldn't fix the issue, please email us the following information via [email protected], and we'll be happy to look into that for you: :

  • Which operating system are you using (iOS or Android) and which version?

  • Which Blinkist app version? (You can verify this in your Account Settings, at the very bottom.)

  • What steps did you take until you received the error?

  • Does it occur with a specific book title?

  • Please share screenshots or a screen recording of the issue, if relevant.
