Declines can happen for a variety of reasons, but 95% of the time, they’re due to the customers’ bank.

When we submit a charge to your bank, they have automated systems that determine whether to accept the charge. These systems take various signals into account and are constantly changing.

We've learned that there are two ways to solve the issue:

  • Calling your bank and manually approving the charge, then repurchasing

  • Giving it a second try later or trying a different card.
