Did you just sign up for a trial or subscription and are now trying to create an account but you keep getting a 'Failed login' message on the 'Save your Purchase' screen?
First of all: thank you for joining Blinkist and we're really sorry about this issue! The reason you're seeing this error message is that you are trying to create an account that already exists.
Not to worry though - if you login with the old password associated with the account, or create a new password via blinkist.com/forgot_password, this will allow you to login into your existing account and access your subscription.
