If your purchase via the app store isn't recognised automatically in the app, you can restore it in the following way:
iOS
Tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner of the screen
Scroll down through the options and click on "Restore purchases".
Android
Tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner of the screen
Scroll down through the options and tap on "Restore purchases".
