Subscribed through the website?
You can cancel your trial or deactivate the automatic renewal for your subscription in your account settings.
Subscribed in the App-Store?
The cancellation process for In-App purchases is managed entirely by the respective App Store. You can cancel the subscription through your Apple/iTunes or Google Play settings.

If your subscription is still within the free trial period, you can still follow the steps indicated here to cancel your trial and avoid any charges: If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple.
Please make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Subscribed in the Google Play Store

Please note:
Google Play payments can come with a pre-authorization charge 24 hours in advance: this is only a temporary "hold" on the funds to check that the account is chargeable. As long as you cancel the trial or the subscription before the time mentioned above the charge will not go through.
However, even after you cancel, it may take up to 14 business days for the pre-authorization to be removed via Google. You can find more information about pre-authorizations here: Google Play Help: Fees, charges & authorizations.
