I’ve been invited to join a plan, but I already have a subscription.

If you already have a personal Blinkist Premium account, you’ll need to cancel your subscription before the end of the paid subscription period to take advantage of the shared plan. Here’s how to do it.

If you'd like to request a refund for your personal subscription, you can get in touch with our Support Team via [email protected].

Please note:

  • We can only guarantee a refund if you contact us within the first 14 days of your subscription. This guarantee only applies to first-time purchases, not to auto-renewals.

  • If you purchased a subscription in the Apple App Store, you’ll need to contact Apple Support directly to request a refund.
