With a CSV file upload, you can:
Invite a large number of learners to your account.
Assign learners to new or existing groups.
Create new groups.
How to use the CSV
Navigate to the "Invite New Learners" page.
Click "Upload CSV" and download our official template.
Fill out the template using the following rules:
Column A (Email addresses): Enter the email addresses of the learners you want to invite.
Column B (Groups): Enter the name of the group you wish to add these learners to. This can be an existing group, or a new group you’d like to create. If you don’t need to assign a user to any group, leave the group column empty.
Important Rules for your CSV
Group creation: If you enter a group name that doesn't exist yet, Blinkist will automatically create that group for you. Double check your group names to make sure to avoid mistakes.
Formatting: Group names are not case-sensitive and not space-sensitive (e.g., "Sales Team" and "sales team" are treated as the same group in order to avoid un-intended duplicates).
Multiple Groups: To assign a learner to more than one group, separate the names with a semicolon (;) (e.g., Marketing; Berlin; Managers).
Exclusions: If you leave Column B empty, the learner will be invited to your organization but won't be assigned to any group.
Please note: This CSV tool can only be used to add learners and creating groups, but not to remove learners or delete groups.
