Removing learners will free up their assigned seats on your Blinkist account. All existing assignments will be canceled, and users will be removed from any groups they belong to. This operation cannot be reversed.
To remove multiple users at once, you can upload a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file. This is useful if you need to remove up to 2,500 learners from your Blinkist Business account in one step.
If you only need to remove a few users, you can do this manually by selecting one or more users on the "Learners & Plan" page and clicking "Remove" in the toolbar. Learn more in this article.
How to Remove Learners in Bulk:
Navigate to your "Learners & Plan" page.
Click on "Manage Learners".
Click on the "Remove in bulk" button, located on the top right of the page.
Create your CSV File separately:
Open a Spreadsheet Program: Use a program like Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.
Create a Single Column: In the first column (Column A), enter the email addresses of the users you want to remove. Ensure each email address is in its own row.
Save as CSV: Go to File > Save As or Download As. Choose CSV (Comma Separated Values) as the file type.
Confirm the save location and file name.

Once your CSV file is ready, you can upload it on the "Remove in bulk" page to delete the specified users from your account.
